What evidence should be provided for loan disputes

admin2022-06-19 10:50:0168

According to the "who claims, who provides evidence", in loan disputes, the lender, as the plaintiff, needs to prove that the loan fact is tenable and must provide corresponding evidence. Generally, it is required to provide: 1. The loan contract should preferably be in writing. If there is no written contract, there should be a clear record that can prove the existence of the loan fact, such as the clear communication fact (cause, period and amount) in the chat tool, or the telephone communication recording (cause, period and amount) 2. Transfer records, such as bank vouchers and wechat real name transfer vouchers 3. Relevant evidence of non repayment after being urged, and pay attention to the three-year limitation period.
